I have noticed that there hasn't been any new posting going on our Family Blog lately so I thought I would do a little Kanenwisher update. Following our super fun week in Utah we headed up to Montana for 3 weeks. It was so great!! We love going home to Montana so much that we have decided it is time to move back. It has been a whirl wind of a decision for us but we are very excited about it. We have enjoyed our time in Arizona and will be leaving some great friends (and I will miss the sun) but we feel it is the right time to make this move for our family. We are planning on being up there when school starts in sept. The kids are really excited and can't wait!! We will miss being close to Uncle Todd, Kyle and grandma Joan, and are planning a trip down to see them in the next week or so! Anyways here are a few of our favorite summer pictures!! Tanya
ps...I also thought it would be fun to have a new layout for our blog. please feel free to make any changes you would like too. It's kinda fun!!

Montana Scussel Update

Hello Everyone:
I thought I needed to get an update on Larry posted and as usual, am way late.......
I fell off the back of a truck at Girls Camp on the 10th of July and broke my left wrist. What a royal PAIN IN THE BUTT! ( I would say worse, but I am public here!) You can do NOTHING!! I do not do helpless well and sitting waiting for people to do things is not my bag. Typing takes forever so this will be short and sweet.
Larry is doing much better.....potential return home date is July 23rd.....remembering stuff much better and not near as confused and fuzzy as before......I have heard from him once and it was great to hear his voice. His personality and sense of humor has returned mostly, but there was still a little confusion about things. the doctors say it will take time, but should progress nicely. Geri has been there day and night since the accident and is tired, but sounded upbeat the last time I talked to her. I had planned on going down this week until I broke my arm.....the surgery has set me back a bit so I will wait until Jeff is home and he can drive since I don't do that well either!
Other than that things are "normal"......Terri and Tanya and kids and I have had several nice visits.....again, since I can't push her wheelchair or balance her right now I will have wait for Jeff to get home to get her out to lunch, etc., but plan to do that this week-end or next week when tammy and Brannon and fam are here.
While Tanya was here she got the scrap book put together of the reunion for Dad and Nancy. Tammy comes next week and has a little finishing to do, but I will be sending each of you (married families) a journal page to write your memories on for the book. Please return to me and I will then send to Dad and Nancy. Would be nice to have ready for them when they come to see Sis in August.....I will get the pages sent soon.
Love to all..................Reno sounds great.

Update from the Radich Hafners!
Hey Everyone!!
I don't think most of my family will ever get the blogging thing down (don't tell them I told you), so I thought I would try to update everyone as best I could!
We all had a blast in Utah, couldn't have had a better time! And so glad that so many of us got to make it!
As for family updates...Scott and I just got back from a wedding in California with his family! It was another great trip with great people! Dad had to travel for about two weeks the day after getting home from Utah so he has been enjoying some time at home, mom is getting close to being done at the office and I know she is looking forward to not having the drive to Denver anymore. All of us in Denver are getting ready to fly out to Florida the first weekend of August to visit Sara and Justin. We are all very excited for it and we will be able to get our very first family photo (with all of us there!!) since we all got married! Grandma Radich will even be joining us, although I'm not sure she's looking forward to any boating :-), I'm sure she will still have a good time and we are excited to have her with us! Robin and Craig just hosted his parents for a weekend as we celebrated Cole's first birthday! Cole got his first ATV and proved he really is part of our family, he will be asking for a big boy one before we know it!!

Other than that we are all doing well and can't wait for the next reunion!! Hope this finds everyone healthy and happy!!
Lots of love,
Megan and the rest of the crew!

Picture CD to come I promise!
Hi all! Just wanted to give you an update, I am working on the picture cd's but we have been the land of the sick and nearly dead here. WE all came home sick with the flu and sinus infections. Addie eventually had to be admitted to the hospital for 3 days to rehydrate and have liquid antibiotics, the little thing just couldn't keep anything down!!! I hate hospitals!!! But we are all home now and doing better. I am working on getting the pictures that each family would want on their cd, so 14 different ones is a little time consuming, but they are in the works!!! We had a wonderful time!!! Thanks so much for all the planning and stressing Wendy!!! It was great. I agree Reno sounds wonderful!! Hope all are well and enjoying there summer!!!! Tammy

Larry Update
Hi:
I just posted an update on Larry on my blogspot, but thought many of you might look at this one first. Larry is doing better, then a bad day, then a good day. He has gained some of his short term memory and retains it for longer periods of time. He has started therapy and is grumbling about wanting to go home, which I think is a good sign. He had a good day when he retained some of his memory and then apparently got a little disoriented and confused again. Hopefully rest and more time and therapy will help that. Travis says Geri is tired and the boys are trying to give her somewhat of a break, but of course, they all have jobs, lives and families to attend to. They are trying to cover nights while she covers days. I would like to get down there in another week or so and maybe give her a break, but I doubt she will leave his side. I will post more as we know.
